Kenton and Jennifer’s wedding day was a blustery, chilly day, but after a few days of rain, everyone rejoiced to see the little bit of sun that slipped in and out of the clouds!
I first met Kenton and Jennifer at her sister Amanda’s wedding back in March. ( blog post here) I enjoyed that wedding and their family so much I immediately said yes when Jennifer asked if I would photograph their wedding as well!
Jennifer picked such beautiful colors! I love greens and blues so everything was such a delight to photograph. We started out with their photos at her grandpa’s pond, then the bridal party joined us for photos around the bride’s home. They were such a party and Curtis and I had so much fun with them!
Inside the church, an arch built by Kenton was draped in blue fabric and decorated with greens and florals. In the simple white building, it was one of the most beautiful ceremony sites I’ve seen!
The reception was held outside in a pavilion with sides, which was surprisingly warm considering the weather. Blueberry cedar, wood slabs and candles adorned the white tables. The decor above the bridal table was made by the bride and groom and it was so unique and pretty!
The day turned grayer and colder, but the pavilion was full of light, laughter and delicious food. It was an honor to be there, Kenton and Jennifer!
