Not every couple goes fox hunting on their first date, but that’s just what these two did! Kendall and Jewel knew each other all their lives and he even worked for her dad, but it wasn’t until recently Kendall realized what a lovely girl was right there all along!
Early on a crisp April morning, we met at Ephrata Cloister for their portraits. After their first look, they exchanged gifts- Kendall crowned Jewel his queen with a beautiful flower crown and she gave him a cowboy hat.
It was a beautiful sunny spring morning and though it was chilly, we had so much fun taking their portraits! They were so delighted to finally be getting married and were sneaking kisses all day long.
The wedding and reception were held just down the road at the Ephrata Business Center.
It was a fun reception with lots of laughter and love surrounding the two newlyweds. The meal was catered by Ron and Sonya Burkholder and it was amazing! My favorite part was the stroopwafel cookie favors, made locally by Lancaster Sweet Shoppe.
Their getaway car was Kendall’s Mustang, which was proudly parked in a row of family owned old and newer cars outside the reception.
Kendall and Jewel, it was so much fun getting to know you! Blessings on your marriage!
