It was a crisp, slightly foggy early spring morning… Church bells rang in a nearby steeple and robins sang from the treetops as Frances walked down the path to meet her groom. What a perfect day for a March wedding!
Frances reached out to me about photographing their wedding right around the time we went to Sicily last fall, so I wasn’t able to photograph their engagement session. But when I met her for coffee a month before the wedding, I was sure it wouldn’t be a problem!
We started the day at the Lititz Moravian Compound. It’s light colored, historic buildings are always a perfect backdrop, but especially so when everything else is brown and bare.
By the time the bridal party joined us, Cody and Frances’s wedding morning nerves were wearing off. The bridal party all knew each other fairly well and we had a great time with them!
We went back to Lititz for a few more portraits. The sun even came out a little bit!
Cody and Frances, it was a joy to get to know you! Blessings on your marriage!
light +love, Michelle
