Patrick and Annie’s lakeside wedding was everything an early June day should be… sunny, warm and gorgeous. Annie’s style is elegant and classy and I loved all her details! The florals were absolutely amazing and perfectly complemented the blush bridesmaids’ dresses.

These two were so easy to photograph.. they were so excited to become husband and wife and their joy was contagious.

The ceremony was held in an open field and it was such a lovely spot. As the guests were seated and the ceremony began, downy fluff from the nearby trees floated across them. I don’t think I ever saw a bride quite as joyful during the ceremony as Annie was! It was such a sweet moment.

The cake cutting was quite a fun one! Before this happened, the groomsmen collected a honeymoon fund for the couple from the guests- one for Patrick, one for Annie. The deal was that whoever got the most cash would get the privilege of smashing the cake however they pleased. Of course Annie won- and this was the result!

Patrick and Annie, your wedding day was so much fun to photograph! And more than that, getting to know you was a privilege- you two are so kind and generous and I know your marriage will be such a blessing to others.
